Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Father God, sometimes things happen in our lives that we just don't understand, sometimes things hurt so deep that we can't see pass the pain, but we thank you for your faithful promises and the hope you have given us for a brighter future. May your peace that surpasses all human understanding guard our hearts and minds as we live in your Son Jesus, O God, may you heal our hurts and fill our hearts with joy, hope and love, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
