Building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit

But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. And have mercy on those who doubt; save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear. Jude 1:20-23

Thank you, O God, for the promise of eternal life, for showing me your amazing love that I may share it with others. Merciful Father, fill my heart with your Spirit, that I may continue to walk in your amazing love. Help me be forgiving, loving, patient and merciful as you are, use me for your kingdom, help me be a vessel for you and be a mirror of your love that others will come to see you in me, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen

Lord will fight for you

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today...The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14 Almighty God in heaven, thank you for reminding us that no matter what impossibilities we face, or how hopeless things may appear, you are always faithful to lead us to victory. Remind us that it does not mean that our struggles will be without pain or fear, but it does mean that we can trust in you to deliver us, O Lord and that our victory will not by our strength, but by your mighty power because you are our Warrior and victorious King. Help us stand still and trust in you with all or our hearts and remember you are always in control, I pray in Jesus' name. Amen
